Laurits Bach Sørensen has scaled transformative technology companies for 30 years, spearheading multiple exits, spinouts, turnarounds and IPOs. His systematic and self-developed approach to navigating complex and highly transformative market environments led to the establishment of Nordic Alpha Partners, one of the world’s first and largest growth-stage private equity funds, dedicated exclusively to industrial greentech, deeptech and resilience technologies.

Laurits holds a master’s degree in management of Innovation and Business
Development from Copenhagen Business School. He lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two sons.
